About

A company born in the village, not in a pitch deck

SIKEWA GROUPE HOLDING is led by a local founder, rooted in Atidjé (Agboville, Côte d'Ivoire), and built with the people it serves: 50 pre-members are already mobilised before launch — with a model designed to extend across the whole country.

Our mission

Turning local food crops into added value

We want to stop the rural exodus by giving the farmers of Agboville — and, in time, of all Côte d'Ivoire — what they have always lacked: secure savings, credit without land collateral, practical training, guaranteed market outlets and health protection.

All of it accessible on a simple 2G phone, in their own language — because a solution most people cannot use is not a solution.

Our story

Lived experience, not a market study

In the Agboville area, families sell their land to send children to school, and entire harvests go at a loss for lack of buyers. The founder did not discover these realities in a report: he saw them.

Rather than one more project, he chose to build a complete ecosystem — finance, school, market, logistics — where each link strengthens the others. It takes longer to build. It is also the only way to address the five crises together.

Our assets

What we already have

  • A 2,500 m² titled plot in Atidjé (ACD No. 2025/ATD/0872), the future home of ATIDJE SCHOOL
  • Zero-rent headquarters in Kouakoukro, keeping fixed costs to a minimum
  • 50 mobilised pre-members, the first members of the future cooperative
  • A technical partnership with ANADER for in-field training
  • A licence application filed with the DRSSFD, with dedicated legal follow-up
  • The SIGNÉCONNECT CI platform in development: USSD *760#, voice SMS, agent app

Harvest, pack, sell: every link our subsidiaries are designed to complete.
Our values

Four principles that guide every decision

  • Inclusion by design: if a non-reading grandmother cannot use the service in Abbey on her push-button phone, the service is not ready.
  • Compliance before growth: no financial activity before licensing. It is slower — and stronger.
  • Shared ownership: the cooperative model (1 member = 1 vote) guarantees that the value created stays in the hands of those who produce it.
  • Proof through data: every figure reported to funders must be traceable in SIGNÉCONNECT CI.
Illustrated growing stages: soil fertilisation, germination, young plant, then aubergine harvest
Every step taught one at a time, in local languages: training before credit, always.
Transparency

Our legal status, without ambiguity

SIKEWA GROUPE HOLDING is a start-up organised as a limited liability company (SARL) currently being incorporated (RCCM registration in progress). SIGNÉ SIGNÉ FINANCE is an OHADA-law savings-and-credit cooperative project, subject to prior DRSSFD approval. No service is marketed to date. The pilot launch is planned for 2027, subject to the required licences.
